Laura Taylor at The Nimble Needle

Laura Taylor is a nationally known needlepoint instructor who has pivoted her weekly Stitch Development classes, project workshops, and one-of-a-kind events to teaching at a distance from her home in Southern California. Once a skeptic herself, Laura has found the Zoom platform to be surprisingly effective and rewarding for giving up close and personal instruction.

Laura’s classes are always informative and productive with just the right amount of fun. She collaborates with each student with patience and creativity to encourage them to stretch and discover their personal best, making the most of each unique canvas.

Laura is proud to call Aristeia Needlepoint her home base shop. She looks forward to reinventing her teaching schedule to allow her to return to her local students, her travels to teach at shops across the country, and continuing with virtual classes online.
