| Details: | This class is for the true "newby" to needlepoint. This is a beginner class where you can pick any canvas in the shop suited to a new stitcher and Stefanie will help you learn basketweave and continental as well as how to travel through color changes on the canvas. Stefanie will teach you the basics of putting your canvas on stretcher bars, opening a skein of thread, threading a needle, how to start and stop a thread and how to stitch basic basketweave and continental. She will instruct on what to do when it is time to change colors, how far can you carry your thread and answer any other questions you may have. |
